Is there a permanent free Monitoring plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 50 configured monitors. Ping, Port, and HTTP monitors can run as often as every five minutes with no monthly execution cap. A separate 100-run monthly allowance applies only to supported scripted and AI-generated monitors. The plan also includes AI scenarios and conversations with $1 in tokens per month, one basic status page, three months of retention, email notifications, unlimited login seats, and unlimited notification targets. Voice, SMS, and WhatsApp delivery credits are available at cost.
What counts as a monitor?
A monitor is one configured check, such as a ping, port check, HTTP check, heartbeat monitor, AI agent flow, or scripted flow. The Free plan includes 50 monitors and does not support additional monitors. Paid plans include the listed number of monitors and support additional monitors at the listed per-monitor price.
Which checks are unlimited?
Ping, Port, and HTTP monitors have no monthly execution cap on every plan; they can run as often as the plan's minimum interval allows. On Free, that minimum interval is five minutes. These basic executions do not consume the separate 100-run allowance, which applies only to advanced scripted and AI-generated monitors. Paid plans also include unlimited heartbeat monitoring.
How does the advanced monitor-run allowance work?
The allowance applies only to advanced scripted and AI-generated monitors, not Ping, Port, or HTTP. One monitor run covers one execution of a network-request-level tool: Postman, Node.js, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust. Browser executions use a multiplier: each Playwright or Puppeteer execution counts as 5 monitor runs, and each Selenium execution counts as 10 monitor runs. AI-generated browser checks use Playwright and therefore count as 5 monitor runs per execution.
What are the differences between Free, Solo, Team, and Pro?
Free provides 50 monitors for basic uptime coverage, a five-minute minimum interval, 100 advanced monitor runs per month, and one basic status page. Solo keeps all 50 monitors and adds one-minute intervals, heartbeats, location choice, per-check runners, advanced success criteria, SSL and domain-expiration checks, maintenance windows, comments, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, more advanced runs and AI usage, one-year retention, and three status pages with custom domains, password protection, custom design, and announcements. Team adds 100 included monitors, substantially more advanced runs, webhooks, recurring expiration notifications, and 100 full-featured status pages with white-labeling, search-engine controls, analytics, and email subscribers. Pro includes the same complete monitoring feature set as Team while increasing capacity to 200 monitors, 100,000 advanced runs per month, 200 full-featured status pages, and larger notification and AI credits.
Can I choose where monitors run?
Location choice is available on paid plans. Paid customers can choose monitor location(s) using our public runners, and eligible plans can use self-hosted sources for checks from private networks or infrastructure they control. The Free plan uses its assigned location.
What is included for AI scenarios and conversations?
The Free plan includes AI scenarios and in-app AI Conversations with $1 in tokens per month, but does not support additional AI tokens. Paid Monitoring plans include larger monthly AI token credits, with additional AI tokens available at cost.
What notification channels are supported?
Free includes email notifications and supports voice, SMS, and WhatsApp with delivery credits purchased at cost. Paid plans add the listed notification channels and included delivery credits; additional voice, SMS, and WhatsApp credits can be purchased at cost.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards. For custom and enterprise agreements we can accept bank transfers or purchase orders and invoice on Net 30 terms.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Upgrades are processed immediately and prorated appropriately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
